Artisanale Café and Bistro
As we begin the 2009 season, we are excited to be working closely with Yasser Qahawish, chef/owner of the Artisanale Café and Bistro, in Guelph, Ontario. As an artisan chef, Qahawish is a staunch supporter of local foods, sourcing his ingredients from a number of small farms and other food producers in our region. Now we are working together to take the partnership to a whole new level with a collaboratively designed produce schedule that includes many rare and heritage varieties.
